Find Your Speed Bump

Daily activities may arouse boredom. Whether the comfort one, more over those the discomfort. I do feel that. And the strategy to overcome it is finding your speed bump. Imagine you are in the street. The straight long way street. The track which cause drowsiness easily. If there is no obstacle like speed bump, it possibly you will get the accident (hope this not happen to anyone). But if you are awaken by the speed bump, once in a while you'll lose your drowsiness. 

On the daily life, it is obvious you will get bored with the same activities, over and over again. Just like me, the daily routine from get up to sleep at night, sometimes deliver a 'float feeling', a non mindfulness for what I do. I have strategy to overcome it. My theory is... Find your speed bump. hi..hi..  

It is a very simple method, anyway. And I believe a lot of us already did the same. 
The main concept is... try the difference routine/means on your daily activities. 

For example, I go to work and back home with my hubby. We ride motorbike everyday. If I feel bored to the routine, I will go home late, and use the public transportation. And I enjoy very much the activities of walking from my office to the station, being part of the crowd, waiting for another online public transportation, or maybe talk to the driver. 

Or another thing... try difference canteen or vendor for the lunch, use different fragrance (well it's not me, he,,he,, because I have narrow preferences of fragrance), wear the different style of you, and many more.
